Elito and Evaldo did a wonderful job safely delivering and moving our furniture. They introduced themselves, placed everything exactly as requested, and checked in afterwards to make sure everything was correct. Excellent service all round!

John and Anderson went above and beyond. Made moving houses a breeze! They were punctual and worked hard throughout the day to make the move effortless for us. So easy to deal with and helped disassemble and reassemble all our big items in record time. Will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience with the delivery of my furniture by Renan and Giuliano. They were very professional, efficient and careful with the furniture. They notified me prior to their arrival time and cleaned up all packaging before leaving. Thanks again! Highly recommend.

We had John and Evaldo from Brilliance Removals unpack our shipping container today and they were absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, personable, and incredibly careful with our belongings and did a great job communicating and working around my 3 year old son which was extra appreciated. Their customer service was outstanding and they made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and smooth. Highly recommend!

From the very first interaction, Brilliance Removals set a great impression. Paul was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly, and whenever I called with questions, he was always patient and happy to help. I cannot recommend Brilliance Removals highly enough! Jerry and Diego were our removalist team today and were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They took exceptional care with all of my belongings—everything was handled with so much respect. Their packing skills was meticulous and perfectly organised; I’ve never seen such precision, efficiency, and attention to detail. On top of that, they were incredibly friendly, positive, and hardworking the entire time. Nothing was too much trouble, and they worked tirelessly with great attitudes throughout the whole move. If you’re looking for removalists who truly go above and beyond, Jerry and Diego are the dream team. Thank you both for making what could have been a stressful day such a smooth and pleasant experience!

I recently moved house and I had the best team working for me. I had John, Renan and Edson and when they came into my home they were unstoppable. They provided the best service and John was an awesome team leader to liaise with. He was so informative and very happy with every instruction I gave him. The team worked really effect and efficiently. They provided me with timings and provided me with the best service. They were overall amazing at their job and I was very impressed with both the packing and the transportation of my items! There was no damage to any of my items and they were handled with care. Highly recommend these guys! Thank you for all your hard work guys!

From the initial contact with Eddy at Brilliance Removalists, everything was extremely easy & professional. Eddy was very informative about the whole process and was happy to answer any questions & concerns we had . On the day our house was being packed into the container, Junior and Diego arrived punctually and proceeded to get on with job at hand, which involved A LOT of furniture into the container which they did methodically, using their experience to know what went where and when to utilise every single inch of space. They were incredible and went above and beyond our expectations. This included an extraordinary difficult task of moving a huge double door fridge from an upstairs kitchen, manoeuvring it expertly through a very small gap and down a flight of stairs!! Junior and Diego managed to fit furniture into one container, when other companies had said we’d need 2! There rates are also very reasonable . Would highly recommend Brilliance if you’re planning on moving!! Thank guys!!!

Fast and efficient service. John & Diego were on time & very careful when offloading my gear. Helping move heavy items like fridges etc to where I needed them was a huge help. Highly recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had Junior and Oma from Brilliance Removals and honestly, they were outstanding. They were quick, incredibly strong and treated all of our furniture as if it were their own. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was handled with care and respect. I’ve moved many times over the years and can confidently say these two are by far the best removalists I’ve ever had. Professional, efficient and genuinely hardworking. Highly recommend asking for Junior and Oma if you’re moving, absolute legends 💪🚛✨
